Monthly support group for those interested in the topic of mental health or who are caregivers for those impacted by mental illness. Any City Church regular attender or guest of a regular attender is welcome! Group will utilize the Sanctuary curriculum, written by mental health professionals and theologians to equip churches to become sanctuaries where people with mental health challenges become safe, supported and experience a sense of belonging. Each session will include a brief video on a topic including mental health, mental illness, stigma, recovery, and caregiving, followed by lots of time for sharing and discussion.
